I’m Kai, but you'll usually see me sign my art as Kai Lien, which includes my middle name.

Outside of being a student of design and art, I’m an active freelancer, business owner, and activist. I love working on projects and in teams working to make a difference on the world around us because I believe that as individuals we can make an impact.

Much of my work is also inspired by my observations of the world around me. Using journaling, photography, sketching and conversation I try to take in what I experience with curiosity and whimsy.
